Shopping Tips
for gifts
Never go shopping, if you are angry, depressed or hungry or are “something good” want to do.
Create a shopping strategy, a plan: Take the things / accessories from the closet that you no longer bear to be, for whatever reason. Make a list of the pieces that you want to replace. Create a budget of how much you spend for each part can / want. If you have a few “orphans” in the cabinet have (pieces that fit for nothing), but then it either, or if you want to add, Take them shopping with. Do not rely on your memory in terms of color, fabric, structure, pattern, etc. If you go shopping, you should be well rested and have eaten well. If you’re hungry: eat a snack and drink plenty of fluid.
If you feel exhausted or overwhelmed with all the charms, let the other shopping for that day remain. They would only make mistakes, which are then in your cupboard hanging. Avoid using a “extra nice” friend or relatives to go shopping with you.
Consider: The average person carries 10 to 20% of their clothing / accessories in 80 to 90% of their time. Decide you are critical of what you buy and what not. You do not buy half “substitute” when you have something that is on your list, do not find. Wait until you what you really need, on the path.
